The real estate market has undergone some dramatics changes in the past several years. Buyers, sellers and industry professionals who have been through market ups and downs all agree that today’s challenges are more complex than in the past. Market conditions are in flux and rules and regulations are re-written on a regular basis. The one constant we can count on is change – it’s frequent and ongoing.
That constant change is a difficult obstacle to overcome for consumers. There is more information available to them than ever before, but understanding how it relates to their personal situation, their long terms goals and their specific location isn’t always a clear path. That’s where my work begins. Call me crazy, but that’s what I love the most about this business. There is never a dull moment in real estate and keeping up with industry, market and technology changes is an important component of my profession. Educating buyers and sellers about these changes and how they affect them is of utmost importance to my clients. It’s personally very satisfying to help someone put together a plan for their future housing needs, put it into action, and take it to a successful close.
Real estate is my passion, and I approach each client situation with enthusiasm and professionalism. Being detail-oriented and a skilled facilitator, I coordinate the many parties necessary to complete a real estate transaction. As a trained negotiator, I work diligently to bring parties to mutual agreement. And as a past marketing director, I have the experience and knowledge to expertly develop a detailed marketing plan for selling a home.
My 20+ years in a corporate environment cultivated a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to demanding circumstances. When your living situation presents you with change, call on me – your “Change Agent”.

On The Personal Side
California born and bred, I grew up in the Bay Area (having lived in both San Leandro and Castro Valley) and have been a resident of Livermore since 1993. I have seen this area grow from a sleepy little town to a charming city offering a diversity of people, activities and industries. Real estate allows me to combine all of my favorite things – people, my community and homes.
My previous professional life spanned two decades and a variety of industries, where my background included administration, sales, marketing and management. Technology has always been a component of my work life and it still plays a pivotal role in my real estate business.
My husband Scott and I and have three grown sons. Our oldest is engaged and lives and works in the Bay Area. Our middle son is a graduate student, and lives in San Diego with his wife and beautiful little girl, our first grandchild. And our youngest son is in the Army, stationed in Ft. Bliss Texas. I’m fortunate to still have both of my parents living nearby, where they are living busy and independent lives. I can’t mention family without mentioning our family pets, 3 cats and a dog. Sounds like a lot, I know but that’s a story for another time.
My husband and I enjoying gardening, entertaining family and friends, walks and bike riding. I’m an avid reader, prefer rock music over easy listening, but enjoy country tunes as well. I’ve always enjoyed sewing, quilting and other creative endeavors, but don’t seem to find as much time for them as I’d like. We do like to travel and try to take a several weekend getaways throughout the year.
I participate in many industry-related volunteer activities in the community and of course, love wine tasting!
